We have an exciting role within a tech business based near Chipping Norton as a Client Success Support! This is a full-time, permanent position, hybrid (2/3 days in office) offering between 36-45k dependant on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and resolving incoming queries from clients and answering client queries with confidence and clarity.
  • Serve as the expert on the platform to ensure you provide accurate support and guidance for clients.
  • Set up new client dashboard and check assessment participation surveys.
  • Completing AI reporting, maintaining flawless CRM records, reviewing and analysing employee data, and identifying trends and risks for clients and the contribution to client FAQs.
  • Submit timely payment collection by ensuring invoices and billing queries are resolved.

Experience:

For this role, the client is looking for previous high-level customer service or administration experience ideally with experience managing data in a corporate setting alongside excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
