A forward thinking, autonomous and entrepreneurial company are seeking a creative thinking Workspace Manager to lead a new period of development of a unique office space in Birmingham. This is a newly created role which is a wonderful opportunity for someone with solid Co-Working Management space experience who is keen to work in an empowering environment to help grow this part of their business.
This fully office based, permanent role is perfect for someone with solid Commercial Property based experience, experience of marketing and social media alongside facilities management and tenant liaison experience. You must be a flexible, confident and articulate individual who is keen to make a difference.
Day to day the role may include:
- Tenant and customer management, acting as the primary point of contact
- Creating all marketing collateral for the workspace
- Arranging leases and licenses
- Managing a small catering team on site
- Managing and leading on events
- Ensuring all property management for the site, ensuring full compliance
- Managing of all budgets
- Upselling and promoting the space
- Networking to help build leads
