A fantastic, organisation with exceptional offices is seeking a customer-oriented individual to join them as a Building Receptionist on a full time, permanent basis. Working as part of a wider team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the businesses front of house function. This business prides itself on its provision of excellent client service and the reception function plays a pivotal part in this. Your responsibilities will include: * Coordination of meeting rooms, bookings and catering requests in order to facilitate all relevant meetings * Professional meet and greet catering for all visitors requirements * Liaison with various departments across the business in order to ensure smooth running of the function * Setting up all AV equipment * Helping with the set up and operations of events and seminars on site * Adherence to health and safety policies and business continuity plans * Elements of ad hoc administration including reporting and support of Client Services Manager * Assisting with all facilities relates issues Prior Reception experience is preferred but experience within hospitality is just as desirable and a quality focused individual who is keen to work in a front facing environment. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills alongside a strong work ethic and a real passion for providing the best client service possible!
