We are looking for a driven and hard-working individual for a fantastic opportunity within a reputable business to join their in-house legal team to provide Compliance and Data Protection Administration support on a full-time basis (hybrid).

This company, located just outside of Birmingham (driving is recommended due to the location), boasts a fantastic reputation and offers an opportunity for an individual to expand their compliance and GDPR knowledge within a fast-paced environment.

This role is not fee earning or legal practice-focused and is not suited for someone seeking progression within law.

The responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with internal and external clients
  • Managing caseload databases
  • Utilising existing legal knowledge
  • Managing subject access requests
  • Reviewing and redacting documentation
  • Managing research projects related to legal needs
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Managing cases from start to finish
  • Supporting the Legal Counsel with relevant tasks

Applicants should have access to transportation, be immediately available, and possess prior corporate administration experience. An interest in Data Protection or Compliance within a regulatory environment is essential. The candidate should have strong attention to detail, an analytical approach, and be methodical.
