We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our client's dynamic practice, spanning both Birmingham and London offices. As Operations Manager, you will be the operational cornerstone of the business, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations whilst implementing strategic initiatives that support continued growth. Working closely with the Executive team, you will:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies that enhance efficiency, maintain exceptional standards, and foster an outstanding workplace culture.
  • Have operational responsibility encompassing the full spectrum of business operations, playing a crucial role in maintaining ISO accreditations, managing budgets effectively, and ensuring that internal systems and processes support the organisation's creative ambitions.
  • Oversee operations across both Birmingham and London offices, maintaining consistent operational standards through regular site visits, requiring monthly travel between locations.
  • Lead a dedicated support team, fostering their professional development whilst ensuring excellence in service delivery.
  • Partner with the Executive team in developing operational strategies that align with business objectives and drive organisational success.
  • Have complete responsibility for company health and safety compliance, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and maintained across both locations.
  • Manage quality assurance with accountability for internal QA processes and managing ISO accreditations, ensuring ongoing compliance and continuous improvement including GDPR requirements.
  • Implement and champion all internal systems and processes, serving as the guardian of operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and control company branding consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining the professional image that reflects organisational excellence.

We are looking for candidates with proven operational and executive support experience in medium to large businesses looking to move up, ideally across multiple sites. Corporate or similar professional services background is essential, alongside demonstrated people management experience.
