Operating across the UK, the team advises on a broad range of property matters tied to complex, multi-site portfolios. The Role
Supporting Legal Advisors and senior stakeholders, you will contribute to the efficient delivery of property legal services across a varied and active caseload. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing commercial and/or residential property files, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely progression
- Drafting legal documentation including leases, licences, reports, and general correspondence
- Supporting on acquisitions, disposals, and ongoing estate management matters
