Our client is an international brand looking to build their HR team in Birmingham and this is a new and exciting opportunity as a result of this growth.

Reporting to the HR Head you are helping build it the HR function.

You will join the UK HR team of an international business with an established presence across multiple countries, reporting to the HR Business Partner in Birmingham and working closely with a central HR team in Europe, at a genuinely exciting point as the UK operation grows.

The role is varied and busy one day you will support with payroll coordination, the next you are running an induction for a new starter, sourcing candidates for an open role, or untangling an HR query.

You will own HR records and digital personnel files in the HR system, manage recruitment end to end from job posting through onboarding, track absence and lifecycle milestones, and be the first point of contact when managers and employees need HR support.

You will also support with HR projects and employee engagement.

The HR function is still taking shape, so there is real scope to spot inefficiencies and really add value .

Applicants will have some previous HR experience and a passion to grow with an HR function.
