We are seeking a Project Delivery Lead to join an established project management function overseeing multiple concurrent projects. This is a hands-on delivery role within a structured environment. You will work closely with a senior Project Manager but will have ownership across defined workstreams and active responsibility for resource coordination, risk mitigation and delivery tracking. This is not an administrative support position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor multiple live projects simultaneously
  • Allocate and rebalance resource across workstreams
  • Maintain and drive project plans to ensure delivery milestones are met
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation actions before escalation
  • Support financial tracking across projects (budgets up to £10k)
  • Prepare structured reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Ensure governance processes are consistently followed

Applicants will have:

  • Experience working inside a formal project team structure
  • Demonstrable exposure to supporting a Project Manager
  • Practical experience allocating resource across competing priorities
  • Active involvement in risk and issue management
  • Comfortable managing several projects at once
  • Strong organisational and governance discipline
  • APM / PRINCE2 exposure or equivalent structured methodology.
