We currently have an exciting opportunity for a legal PA to work within the employment team at a modern, progressive law firm based in Birmingham! This is a great opportunity to be a part of a progressive and meaningful law firm on an excellent hybrid basis.

This role will support a team of dynamic directors and lawyers, where you will be their right-handed person!

Key responsibilities:
  • Client relationship management: actively assist clients with their queries and be an active part within the care of clients and contacts.
  • Smooth management of the production of documents, routinely checking for the accuracy and formatting of the work.
  • Making and taking client calls and managing messages where appropriate.
  • Accurately opening and closing files.
  • Managing key dates for clients, ensuring that compliance procedures are up to date.
  • Accurately managing diaries, and travel/accommodation bookings, meeting rooms, preparing agenda and papers.
  • Producing and maintaining excel spreadsheets.
  • Assisting fee earners and business development activities for clients and event control processes.
  • Lead the end-to-end completion of complex billing operations, delivering meticulously prepared, high-accuracy invoices.
  • Supporting other internal teams in scheduling meetings, interviews and client training.

The ideal candidate would need previous PA experience for this role ideally within legal or professional services and advanced experience working with Microsoft Office programmes.
