A prestigious, global law firm is seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive Part-Time Legal PA to join its fast-paced and supportive commercial team. This role is working 4 days per week and is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment where exceptional client care, professionalism and strong teamwork are central to success. This role pays £34,000 pro rata.

The Role:

As Legal PA, you will provide comprehensive, high-level and meticulous support to senior lawyers and team leaders, working closely with the Regional Executive Services Managers and wider business support teams. The role blends traditional PA responsibilities with proactive and strategic involvement in client work, complex diary management and dynamic business development support.

You will coordinate meetings and travel (including complex international arrangements), manage multiple, ever-changing diaries, assist with accurate billing and prepare detailed client documentation. You will also act as a crucial and trusted link between lawyers, valued clients and internal teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex diaries, detailed meeting arrangements and seamless travel logistics.
  • Supporting strategic business development initiatives through professional event organisation, networking and confident client communication.
  • Handling thorough client onboarding, regulatory compliance processes and precise file management.
  • Preparing accurate reports, professional correspondence and detailed financial documents.
  • Liaising effectively with internal teams to ensure strict deadlines and high standards are consistently met.
  • Delegating efficiently to support teams and confidently prioritising competing, time-sensitive tasks.
