The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take complete ownership of his diary, inbox and travel managing complexity, anticipating needs and acting with full authority on his behalf. You will also provide support to the CFO and wider Senior Leadership Team as required. This is a high-impact role that demands a seasoned professional. Key Responsibilities
- Full diary management across multiple calendars with proactive conflict resolution.
- End-to-end coordination of extensive international travel including Europe and beyond: flights, hotels, transfers, visas and itineraries.
- Complete inbox management with delegated reply authority.
- Stakeholder liaison on behalf of the CEO across stakeholders and senior partners.
- Meeting preparation, attendance and follow-up.
- Client event and off-site coordination.
- Ad hoc project and research support for the CEO, CFO and Senior Leadership Team.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have proven EA or PA experience at CEO or MD level. You will be highly organised, discreet and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage competing priorities across a fast-moving environment. The role requires complex diary management so will require a methodical and detail-driven approach. A warm, confident communicator, you will be comfortable representing the CEO at all levels internally and externally. You are proactive by nature, solutions-focused and bring genuine emotional intelligence to everything you do.
