Thisnewlycreatedrolesitsattheintersectionofproduct,marketing,anddata.YoullleadthechargeinembeddingPLGframeworks,harnessdatatoinformstrategy,andtakeownershipofintegratedmarketingplansfromcreationtoexecution,allwiththegoalofdrivingmeasurablegrowth.

KeyResponsibilities

• LeadthedevelopmentandrolloutofacomprehensivePLGstrategyacrossplatformsandservices
• Usebehaviouralandperformancedatatoidentifykeytriggersforuseractivation,retention,andexpansion
• CreateanddeliverintegratedmarketingplanstoachievegrowthtargetsacrossB2BandB2Caudiences
• Optimisedigitalfunnelsthroughdata-drivenCROstrategiesandA/Btesting
• Produceanddelivercontentandassetsacrosskeychannelslandingpages,in-productmessaging,andmore
• CollaboratecloselywithProduct,UX,andBrandteamstoensurealignmentandimpact
• OwnperformancedashboardsacrossGA4,HubSpot,Looker,andinternaltoolstoinformandrefinecampaigns
• Line-manageajuniorteammember,fosteringexpertiseinCRO,analytics,anddata-ledmarketing
