Executive Assistant to Head of Corporate
Birmingham | Hybrid | £40,000–£45,000
We are recruiting for an ambitious and rapidly growing professional services firm that is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its Head of Corporate.
The firm is progressing quickly, its client base is expanding and the Corporate practice is central to its continued growth. This is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage and work closely with a senior leader at the heart of the business.
This is not a traditional Legal PA role. It is a senior, commercially focused Executive Assistant position involving clients, transactions, business development and senior stakeholder management.
We are particularly interested in experienced PA candidates with experience gained within:
- Corporate Law
- Banking or Corporate Finance
- Private Equity
- Transactional or deal-led financial services
You will manage complex priorities, act as an effective gatekeeper, coordinate senior-level meetings and ensure important deadlines and commitments are followed through.
The right person will be proactive, commercially aware and exceptionally organised. You will anticipate what is needed, exercise sound judgement and remain composed when priorities change quickly.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Corporate Legal PA ready to step into a broader Executive Assistant role, or an experienced EA from a banking, finance or transactional environment.
