Our client is seeking a proactive EA to support the CEO, CFO and SLT. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced, professional services environment with international exposure. This role will provide exceptional organisational and administrative support. The role involves managing complex workflows, handling confidential client matters and helping the team deliver high-quality work. This role is based in Perry Barr in their slick offices, offering a salary of £38,000-41,000 (dependent on experience).

Key Responsibilities

  • Seamlessly manage complex CEO diaries across multiple calendars and international time zones.
  • Act as gatekeeper to the CEO’s inbox and communications, drafting professional correspondence, and prioritising actions.
  • Deliver end-to-end global travel coordination, including flights, accommodation, transfers, visas, and detailed itineraries, while adapting quickly to last-minute changes.
  • Prepare the CEO for meetings with agendas, briefing packs, research, logistics management, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Oversee executive office operations and day-to-day administrative support.

Key Requirements

  • Proven EA/PA experience supporting CEO, MD, or C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in complex diary and inbox management and exceptional prioritisation skills.
  • Extensive international travel coordination experience, including visas and multi-destination itineraries.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, anticipate needs, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, and off-site engagements with exceptional attention to detail.
