Our client is the head office of an international property business, currently expanding its UK presence. This Executive Assistant role sits close to the centre of that growth: based at the head office, you will provide dedicated, full-ownership support to the Managing Directors.
This is a five-day office-based role with free on-site parking, and it is not a role for someone who wants predictability or a fixed routine; priorities shift daily, and you will need to reset and reprioritise without losing pace.
You will take full ownership of the Director's diary and inbox, holding delegated authority to draft and send correspondence directly. You will manage end-to-end domestic and international travel, prepare full briefing packs ahead of every meeting, attend key meetings to produce accurate notes and action points, and act as a credible point of contact for external partners and stakeholders.
You manage all scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation as the business's needs require. As the role develops, you will take on research and strategic project work.
This is not suited to a first-time EA or someone whose experience is limited to light diary support alongside other duties. Applicants must have prior experience supporting at senior leadership or Managing Director level in a genuinely fast-paced environment, with strong commercial acumen and proven experience managing complex, competing demands.
