An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Events & Marketing Assistant to join a growing technology business based in Birmingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys coordinating events, managing multiple projects and working within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

This role will heavily focus on events coordination and delivery, supporting a busy and collaborative team with the planning and execution of a wide range of corporate events, client engagement activities and internal initiatives.

Working closely with the wider team, you will support the end-to-end coordination of events while also assisting with related marketing and communications activity.

  • Sending invitations, tracking responses and managing event communications
  • Supporting on-site event delivery and ensuring a seamless attendee experience

  • Providing wider administrative support to the marketing and events team

Previous experience within events and marketing is required. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office are essential. Experience supporting corporate or client-facing events would be highly advantageous.
