We are seeking a driven, proactive Lead Business Development Executive to play a key role in the front end of the mergers and acquisitions process, helping identify and develop high-value acquisition opportunities.

The Role:

  • Identify and engage UK-based companies aligned with the acquisition strategy
  • Proactively grow the database through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach
  • Use CRM and marketing data to build and nurture strong client relationships

About You:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within financial services and/or the mergers and acquisitions space
  • Highly proactive, analytical, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Degree-qualified (Bachelors or Masters), ideally in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or Accounting
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
