Our client is the head office of an international property business, currently expanding its UK presence. This Executive Assistant role sits close to the centre of that growth: based at the head office, you will provide dedicated, full-ownership support to the Managing Directors.

This is a five-day office-based role with free on-site parking, and it is not a role for someone who wants predictability or a fixed routine. Priorities shift daily, and you will need to reset and reprioritise without losing pace.

You will manage end-to-end domestic and international travel, prepare full briefing packs ahead of every meeting, attend key meetings to produce accurate notes and action points, and act as a credible point of contact for external partners and stakeholders.

As the role develops, you will take on research and strategic project work. This is not suited to a first-time EA or someone whose experience is limited to light diary support alongside other duties. Applicants must have prior experience supporting at senior leadership or Managing Director level in a genuinely fast-paced environment, with strong commercial acumen and proven experience managing complex, competing demands.
