We are seeking an admin assistant to join a well know headquarters brand in Birmingham City Centre! This position is offering 22-23k a year and is an 18-month FTC. This role is perfect for someone who wants to join a sociable and progressive firm with great benefits! The duties for this role would include: * Linking and reconciling receipts with submitted invoices from suppliers * Reconciling all invoices received by suppliers and checking errors and proof of delivery * Updating procedures and guidelines * Responding to queries and liaising with operations * Posting daily, weekly and period end drink and food transactions * Reconciling drink and food balances and control account sheets * Completing reconciliation and highlighting any discrepancies * Any other administration duties required For this role, you would need 6 months+ experience working in an administrative role or similar and an interest in finance.
