Business Change Manager West Midlands (West Bromwich), Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid, Salary £65-70k We are recruiting for an experienced Business Change Manager to support a growing professional services organisation through mergers, acquisitions and business transformation. This is a key role focused on managing the people side of change, ensuring smooth integration, strong stakeholder engagement and minimal disruption to business operations and client service. Develop and deliver change management strategies and integration plans. Lead change impact assessments, business readiness and adoption activities. Support cultural alignment, talent retention and successful organisational transitions. Monitor change risks, measure success and report on progress and benefits. Proven experience delivering business change and organisational transformation. Background in mergers, acquisitions, integrations or large-scale change programmes. Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills. Experience in business readiness, training and change adoption.
