We are seeking a Team Administration Assistant to join a nurturing and progressive international law firm based in modern offices in Birmingham City Centre!
This position is offering £25/26k a year, Monday to Friday (35 hours) on a hybrid basis.
This role is perfect for a candidate who has 6months+ experience working in an administration role and is keen to join a sociable and progressive law firm who are nurturing.
The main duties for this role would include: o Liaising with PA’s to support for tending meetings, interviews, internal and external events, seminars and conferences, booking travel, printing/sending materials, updating processes and ensuring folder structures o File management including updating and maintaining files by ensuring documents are filed currently, file opening and closing, updating and archiving relevant matters o Ordering goods and stock levels , bookings when needed, organising couriers and sorting postal documents when needed o Printing, copying and scanning documents o Answering internal calls and emails for the team o Assisting the PA’s with billing, expenses and other financial needs o Ensuring workloads are met o Production of court bundles and ensuring everything is correct in line with ins...
