We are seeking an experienced Senior Events Manager to join a creative event agency based in Stourbridge. This is a full time, permanent, hybrid position offering up to 45k a year! You will be working across several clients delivering projects so strong events experience is a must! The main responsibility for this role include: Content development by organising and facilitating creative meetings, overseeing content and supporting material for projects. Project management of managing the delivery of client projects including budget and liaison with departments to ensure logistics and paperwork are completed. Financial management including full control of live project budgets and preparation of quotes and managing payment terms and invoicing. Heading up day to day client relationships and leading project related meetings Overseeing and being responsible for health and safety paperwork Working with client services director to put together pitches to ensure they meet client requirements. For this role is essential to have experience of managing multiple clients from an agency background, managing budgets and end to end events experience and ideally people management experience alongside strong attention to detail, relationship building and interpersonal skills.
