Our Client is looking to recruit an International Billing assistant for a new role. Working from beautifully furnished, modern offices, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless billing experience for clients worldwide. Collaborating with partners, fee earners, and PAs, you’ll manage the billing process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and top-tier service in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end billing process, ensuring complex billing statements, time entries, and client requirements are accurate, compliant, and professionally presented.
  • Confidently interpret and apply detailed client-specific billing guidelines across multiple matters.
  • Proactively monitor invoice progress and collaborate with Billing and Collections teams to ensure a smooth and timely process.
  • Produce clear, insightful, and well-structured billing reports using Excel.
  • Act as a professional and responsive first point of contact for all client invoice queries.
  • Provide knowledgeable support to clients using e-billing systems.
  • Assist with the accurate maintenance and ongoing updates of Client and Matter databases.
  • Manage workflow efficiency by maintaining trackers, monitoring bill status, and proactively following up on outstanding timesheets.

Previous experience in billing or finance roles is essential.
