Real Estate Paralegal - Commercial Property - Birmingham - £25,000 to £30,000 - Hybrid Our client, a leading global law firm with a significant Birmingham city centre presence, is looking to appoint a Real Estate Paralegal to join its commercial property team.
This is a genuine early-career opportunity for someone with up to two years' relevant experience who wants to build a career specifically within commercial, not residential, property law.
The role covers support across acquisitions, disposals, leasing and landlord and tenant matters for a commercial client base, working directly alongside fee earners on live transactions rather than in a purely administrative capacity.
You will be expected to draft and review standard documentation, manage land registry applications, handle post-completion work and liaise directly with clients and third parties as matters progress.
This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is primarily in residential conveyancing, nor for those seeking a fully remote arrangement, as the firm operates a hybrid model with a genuine expectation of regular office presence in Birmingham city centre.
This is also not a role for paralegals with several years PQE looking for a lateral move, as the firm is recruiting at junior level specifically and salary is set accordingly.
Candidates should have prior exposure to commercial property transactions, whether gained through a law firm, in house team or relevant placement, and a clear intention to pursue a long term career in this specialism.
