Temporary Role- Personal Assistant & Event Coordinator- Located near Oxford
Are you organised, proactive and someone who loves being at the heart of exciting events?
We're looking for a hands-on Events Administrator & Assistant to Head of Events to join a fast-paced, busy events team. Working closely with the Head of Events, you'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diary and meeting management, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
- Team and events calendar, holiday and weekly update coordination
- Purchase orders, invoices, expenses and budget administration
- Managing the events inbox and supporting event logistics
- Preparing event briefings, reports and operational plans
- Supplier and contractor administration
- Supporting compliance documentation, including accreditation, risk assessments and
We are looking for someone who is available for an immediate start and has:
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, practical and flexible approach
- Previous events, administration or coordination experience
