A part-time Office Administrator is required to support a specialist energy client in their central London office as they take on additional projects. Working within a small, collaborative team, the successful candidate will be based on-site Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday, working closely with a senior assistant and the office manager who often work hybrid.
The role covers a broad range of administrative duties including:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Distributing post
- Assisting with ad hoc travel and diary management
- Supporting the finance team
- Helping to organise internal staff events
