You will be responsible for hiring for both temporary and permanent positions at a fantastic company based in Warwickshire. This is a company that truly puts its employees first. The role involves recruiting for a range of customer service-based positions across the business. It is a hybrid position with only one day per week required in the office, so prior experience in either recruitment or human resources is preferred. The Role:
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and the company website.
- Engaging with past, current, and future candidates to gather feedback and improve the recruitment process.
- Developing recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
- Conducting additional recruitment tasks as needed by the line manager.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle while maintaining alignment with the company’s values.
Key Skills:
- Effective communication abilities.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
- A positive and approachable attitude.
- Solid IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment (preferred).
