Katie Bard & Angela Mortimer Plc is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant for a fast-paced US investment firm in London. You will support an energetic team by managing diaries, international travel, and expenses.

The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of team support experience, preferably in the investment sector, and possess strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office skills, along with excellent communication abilities.

This role is to start asap with core hours of 8-6pm requiring flexibility. The position is office-based five days a week.
