We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Travelling Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a high-profile Principal. This role requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to manage both personal and professional tasks seamlessly. The successful candidate will be based in London but must be willing and able to travel extensively, often at short notice, to destinations including the US and various locations across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Principal’s complex business and personal diary including coordinating meetings, appointments, and events across multiple time zones.
- Organise all travel logistics: flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Accompany the Principal on business and personal trips, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- Handle personal errands, including shopping, wardrobe management, and liaising with designers and fashion houses.
- Assist with planning and organising events, dinners, and social engagements.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Liaise with household team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role supporting high-net-worth individuals or in a family office setting.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Willingness to travel internationally with minimal notice.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
