A polished, proactive Executive Assistant with a proven track record supporting at senior level within Mergers & Acquisitions to step into a pivotal role is required to support an accomplished Principal in brand-new, high-spec offices in the heart of Mayfair. This role would be working at the very top level, acting as a true right-hand to the Principal, ensuring their day runs seamlessly across an exciting mix of commercial and personal affairs. This role demands a confident, intuitive EA who can operate with discretion, pace and precision.
Key Responsibilities include:
- High-level diary, travel and inbox management
- Supporting on M&A activity and related documentation
- Gatekeeping, stakeholder liaison, and relationship management
- Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing notes
- Personal support where needed, with a proactive mindset
Chosen candidate will need:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a senior EA, ideally within private equity, investment banking, or M&A environment
- Calm, composed and solutions-oriented under pressure, apply discretion, build a trusting partnership with the Principal as well as being emotionally intelligent
- A polished communicator with a sharp eye for presentation
