A fast expanding, family-feel law firm based in Birmingham are seeking a Legal Assistant for their Residential Conveyancing team on a full time, permanent basis. If you have previous experience working within conveyancing, a strong attention to detail and excellent IT skills, then this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will enjoy an office based role, with a salary of up to 23k! Your responsibilities could include but are not limited to; – Carrying out AML searches – Checking official copy entries (freehold and leasehold) – Scanning in ID’s – File opening and closing – Answering the phones and liaising with clients The successful candidate will have experience within a similar type of role or good administrative experience and a genuine desire to work within Conveyancing. if this sounds like you, please apply online today!
