A dynamic, progressive firm based in Birmingham have an incredible opportunity for a skilled administrator to join their International HR team as a Learning and Development Advisor! This is an incredible opportunity for any individual with previous L&D administration experience to get stuck into a busy, varied role, continuing to provide a consistently excellent level of support and advisory service to the whole organisation!

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling courses and trainings, sending out invitations and relevant information and monitoring acceptances and attendance
  • Inputting courses and information accurately onto the learning system and tracking their progress, reporting back to the wider L&D team
  • Hosting the virtual training sessions, admitting attendees, and monitoring the chat rooms and questions
  • Act as the first line of support, answering any telephone and email enquiries and providing additional advice and information on the courses and trainings
  • Identify and propose improvements that would enhance the employee-customer experience, and the services provided

Previous L&D administration/coordination experience, and experience using CRM systems is desired alongside strong coordination experience within a professional services environment. You must be extremely organised and able to multi-task, use your initiative to manage and prioritise high volumes of work, and pay keen attention to detail. Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills are also essential.
