HR Systems Assistant (Temporary) We're excited to be working with a well-established and highly respected organisation in the education sector to recruit an HR Systems Assistant for an exciting temporary opportunity. This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys working with systems, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives on solving problems. You'll be joining a supportive yet busy HR Systems team, playing a key role in ensuring data accuracy and providing day-to-day systems support. The role is predominantly remote, with an initial training period in Birmingham city centre (approximately two days per week for the first couple of weeks), followed by occasional office attendance thereafter. Key Responsibilities Accurately maintain employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data is up to date, accurate, and compliant with GDPR and organisational policies. Provide first-line support for HR system queries, troubleshooting issues and escalating more complex problems where appropriate. Carry out regular data quality checks, resolving discrepancies and maintaining the integrity, security, and accuracy of HR data.
