Global Investment firm are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their London office, the role is to complete a 6 month contract starting ASAP. The position has potential longer term on a permanent basis depending on business needs. This is an extremely varied role to include HR support in the UK and internationally supporting the company's global expansion plans, you will work with senior business leaders to on workforce planning, talent acquisition, complex employee relations cases HR compliance along with overseeing international HR operations and assisting with global mobility projects to include visas and work permits, you will help to drive international HR projects and encourage operational excellence.
You will join an established HR team of four who are all extremely supportive and collaborative. The role offers hybrid working based 4 days in the office. There are currently 100 staff in the London office and over 15,000 globally. The ideal candidate will have a solid HR background within financial services and ideally international experience along with solid knowledge of employment law, compliance, payroll employee relations and the ability to engage with senior level stakeholders.
