This Birmingham-based role works across the construction and engineering sector and is looking for someone to oversee employees' current and future well-being, while also helping with the day-to-day responsibilities that come with HR.
- Ensuring all payroll processes and queries are completed with relevant information recorded accurately.
- Adhering to GDPR and HR processes and policies, ensuring employee files are kept up to date.
- Overseeing all salary and bonus reviews, ensuring they are submitted accurately and on time.
- Providing basic technical support to employees using the CRM system to ensure excellent customer service.
- Analysing relevant training data to improve training delivery and productivity.
- Maintaining, improving, and delivering the best HR practices, while continually updating your knowledge.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related queries and policies.
Minimum of 1 year of HR experience (preferred). Experience with HR processes and payroll systems.
