Job Description

We are seeking a Hospitality Co-ordinator, this role will be responsible for providing excellent client service in Birmingham to a glossy professional service firm with panoramic views, offering up to 26k a year!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the level of cleanliness is kept at a high standard throughout client suites, client-facing areas and kitchens.
  • Prepare and clear rooms accordingly to allow for a quick turnaround.
  • Upon arrival greet clients during events, assisting with registration and the organisation of the cloakroom.
  • Ensure all crockery is dishwasher ready.
  • Regularly check the stock for expiry dates and rotation, including placing orders for meetings and general.
  • Routinely conduct visual inspections of the clients’ areas, and tidy where necessary.
  • Carry out briefings with temporary members of staff to ensure that they are familiar with their duties.

  • It is essential to have previous experience working in a hospitality role, within a five star hospitality brand or equivalent.
