Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join us here @ Katie Bard!
We work on a hybrid model of 4 days in office, 1 day working from home on a Friday and we are based in Birmingham City Centre near the Jewellery Quarter with close links to Snow Hill train station and New Street.
This is 4 days in office, 1 day at home, offering between 27-29k a year dependant on experience plus commissions.
We are a small but personable team looking for someone who wants to development valuable recruitment skills and have the drive to succeed!
The duties for this role would include:
β Writing and posting job adverts across various jobs boards
β Sourcing and reviewing CVβs and assessing suitability for live roles
β Calling and screening candidates
β Interviewing candidates
β Interacting and managing various stakeholders such as candidates and clients
β Building and maintaining relationships
β Keep a track of your candidate pool
β Answering queries via phone/email
For this role you would need previous experience within an office environment, ideally within administration or similar. Previous recruitment experience would also be beneficial or HR experience.
