Graduate HR Assistant Our client is looking for a graduate HR Assistant to join their new and modern Birmingham City Centre office.
This would be office-based, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours a week, permanent and offering a salary between £30-35k dependant on experience and has excellent benefits including free parking!

Responsibilities: We’re looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused HR professional to play a key role in supporting the employee experience across the UK business.
This is a varied role offering the opportunity to make a real impact across the full employee lifecycle, with approximately 60% focused on HR operations and 40% on payroll .
Own and coordinate the monthly payroll process for approximately 80–100 employees, partnering closely with the companies external payroll provider to ensure everything is accurate, timely and compliant.
Keep the companies people data working seamlessly behind the scenes by maintaining accurate HR records in Workday, processing employee changes and producing insightful HR reports for UK and European stakeholders.
Bring the recruitment process to life , coordinating everything from job advertising and interview scheduling through to offers, onboarding and engaging new-starter inductions.
