Global Private Equity firm based in stunning offices in central London are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide 1:2 support to two Heads of Department at C-Suite level. The ideal candidate will have 5 years solid Finance experience ideally within Private Equity with a highly organised, confident and resilient personality as you will support an experienced team within a fast paced corporate culture liaising with HNWCs. The role provides hybrid working with 4 days office based, the team are collaborative and directly report into the CEO, you will join a forward thinking, professional organisation and receive generous bonuses and benefits.
Key duties:
- Efficiently manage multiple calendars
- Scheduling client meetings and appointments
- Coordinating travel arrangements across international time zones
- Managing all email and telephone communications
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Ideal candidate:
- 5 years solid Finance experience ideally within Private Equity
- Experience supporting at C-Suite/Partner/senior level
- Proactive, confident, excellent client liaison skills
- Used to working on highly confidential projects
Hours: 9-6pm with flexibility
