Events Co-Ordinator Katie Bard is working with a well-respected and modern tech solutions company based in Birmingham City Centre. This role is offering full time, permanent, hybrid (2 days in office) and a salary of 28-30k a year on a 15-month FTC. The company is seeking a highly motivated candidate to play a fundamental role in supporting the growth and engagement of the firm.

You will be responsible for executing and planning events and bringing together members. The key responsibilities for this role would include:

  • Collaborating with teams to plan and deliver events which would include networking events, educational workshops, internal events and socials.
  • Manage logistical aspects of the events from venue selection and co-ordination.
  • Serving as a point of contact for members and organising member led events, interest groups and membership events.
  • Analyse membership data and events and provide regular reports to the teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align membership activities and events and manage relationships.

This role would be perfect for someone with an events background or experience in a client facing role.
