EVENING Part Time Legal Document Production Specialist 30 hours per week £28000 to £30000 take-home pay My client is an international Law Firm.
An opportunity has arisen for a fully remote Part Time Legal Document Production Specialist to support the wider offices as part of a larger team.
This role will entail workflow and Team Leader duties.
The hours are working 3.30pm to 10pm Monday to Friday (30 Hours) A pplicants MUST have held specifically a Document Production position within a law firm.
The role will provide seamless, professional, accurate and timely document production service, in a high quality, deadline driven environment.
This role is remote, but applicants will need to be accessible to one of their key office locations, Salary: £28500 increasing to £30,000 pro rata The role will entail: Accurately interpreting complex briefs and seek clarification where necessary, and ensure the team are informed throughout the process.
Review attachments in the DPC inbox and on Big Hand Now, ensuring they are accessible and relevant to the request.
All aspects of production work to include, but not limited to, correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, bundles, bibles and data rooms.
Ensure all work has been conducted using house style and in line with the firm's specific systems/procedures.
