The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

Working within the administration and coordination hub of this legal business, you will gain an essential grounding in how they operate and understand the work of law firms, the courts and barristers’ chambers. The role will involve managing the considerable paperwork generated by each legal professional to ensure that files are accurately compiled, copied and archived and that court bundles are prepared and distributed to the courts, barristers and lawyers.

You will also be the main link between the lawyers, barristers and court clerks. Working alongside the lead coordinator for the office, this is a great role to learn the details of working in the legal profession. You will need to come with a strong work ethic, want to work in a fast-paced environment and be keen to learn!

The role will be varied; from dealing with the incoming calls for the team, liaising with in-house and external stakeholders, maintaining detailed and accurate records, scheduling the calendars and updating the courts systems and counsel’s diaries. You will be preparing court bundles and ensuring the case records are kept up to date.

Alongside this, you will also be building your network within the legal profession, working across the firm as well as the wider legal community on the Midlands Circuit. A keen eye for detail, exceptional accuracy and a good memory will be really helpful in this exciting and unusual role.
