We are looking for an intelligent, proactive, and organised EA to work closely with the CEO of a friendly non-profit organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business and wants a role that goes beyond traditional EA support. Alongside providing day to day support to the CEO, you'll help with research, stakeholder engagement, strategic projects, and preparing information that helps drive decision making across the organisation. You'll be someone who enjoys getting stuck in, can think ahead, and is comfortable juggling a variety of tasks whilst building strong relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and prepare briefing documents ahead of internal and external meetings.
- Support the CEO with day-to-day priorities and help keep key projects moving forward.
- Draft correspondence, presentations, speeches, and other communications when required.
- Review and summarise information from a variety of sources to support decision making.
- Help build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Coordinate actions and follow ups from meetings and strategic discussions.
- Support the planning and delivery of projects across the organisation.
- Manage diary and inbox responsibilities when required.
- Act as a trusted support to the CEO, helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
Skills Experience
- Previous experience as an EA, PA, Executive Support Officer, or in a similar role.
- Strong research, communication, and organisational skills.
- Able to build relationships with a range of stakeholders and work confidently with senior leaders.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and good judgement.
- Experience supporting projects would be beneficial.
- Experience within a non-profit, education, research, or similarly complex environment would be advantageous.
