Leading Private Equity firm with offices globally are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join their London office. You will be an integral part of the team and have an extremely proactive, highly organised mind set with the ability to liaise effortlessly with HNWCs and senior finance professionals.
An excellent opportunity to join a thriving private equity firm that offers hybrid working (4 days in the office) and the opportunity to grow your role by providing operational/team supervisory support and work as part of a seamless support team. Duties will include full business support; extensive complex diary management, UK and international travel, liaising with HNWCs and organising meetings and events along with operational support duties and some private support.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate Executive Assistant with at least 5 years solid Finance experience preferably Private Equity/Hedge funds/boutique environments, happy to support a senior team, any previous supervisory or team management experience would be beneficial.
