A reputable, close knit law firm based within the Solihull area are seeking a Corporate Receptionist, on a full time, permanent basis. If you have previous front of house experience and a real passion for providing excellent client services then this may be the role for you! The successful applicant will enjoy joining a real family feel firm with a salary of 24K! Within this role, you will be a key point of contact for all staff within the business, you will work closely with the Estates & Hospitality teams, to provide an excellent front of house experience. Your duties could include but are not limited to; – Front of House meeting and greeting – Filing, compiling bundles and organizing the post – Responding to calls and emails – Organising meeting spaces – Any other ad hoc duties where needed The successful applicant will have a great use of initiative, a passion about building great working relationships, excellent interpersonal skills and strong team ethic.
