We are recruiting on behalf of a Birmingham-based client for an Events Coordinator to join their team on a fixed-term contract, supporting the planning and delivery of four high-profile corporate client events across the summer season.
The role:
- Coordinating logistics for four major corporate client events throughout the summer
- Sourcing, liaising with, and following up on venues and suppliers
- Managing event operations end-to-end, from planning through to on-site delivery
- Attending events in person
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in events coordination or operations
- Some exposure to commercial or corporate events environments
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
