An amazing opportunity to work for a prestigious Birmingham location supporting two Heads of Department in an administration and operational support role. This is a fantastic, varied role.

We are looking for an excellent communicator, someone who can think on their feet and support advanced diary management, including planning up to a year in advance. We are therefore looking for someone who is highly confident in this area.

Setting up and supporting meetings as well as minute taking will also be key aspects of this role. You will also be responsible for organising some amazing events both internally and externally.

This is a part time role for the right person, ideally someone with experience as a Team Assistant or Personal Assistant who can demonstrate a high level of coordination.
