Part-time Creative Project Assistant - Solihull. TEMP ROLE - 35-45k pro rata - up to 10 hrs/wk (flexible).

Established entrepreneur, previously successful in creating, building and selling businesses, who is now exploring a number of exciting new passion-led ventures, including concepts within mindfulness and circular fashion. Seeking an imaginative, adaptable Creative Project Assistant to provide ad hoc, part-time support during this exploratory phase. This is a flexible, temporary opportunity, ideal for someone looking for a side role alongside other commitments.

The Role: This is a varied and evolving position, where you will support with bringing early-stage ideas to life. Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating high-quality presentations (PowerPoint, Prezi, Canva, or similar)
  • Supporting the setup and design of simple, elegant websites (e.g. Squarespace or similar platforms)
  • Researching and organising information for new business ideas
  • Providing general ad hoc PA support as required

Key Duties:

  • Strong eye for design with a minimalist, sophisticated aesthetic
  • Comfortable creating visually engaging presentations and digital content
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using website builders and design tools
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Flexible and happy working on an ad hoc basis
  • Able to meet in person in Solihull on occasion

Preferred experience:

  • Experience creating presentations for business, pitch, or marketing purposes
  • Hands-on experience building or editing websites using platforms such as Squarespace, Wix, or similar
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe, or Prezi
  • Experience supporting creative, entrepreneurial, or start-up environments is a plus

Key Details:

  • Up to 10 hours per week (flexible and variable)
