An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to join a prestigious international law firm in their Birmingham office. Supporting a well-established and high-performing Property team, this role offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly managing complex diaries, coordinating senior-level meetings, and ensuring seamless communication with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing high-level, proactive administrative and organisational support to senior leadership, including Legal Counsel.
- Coordinating and delivering well-prepared executive meetings, handling logistics, venues, and producing polished agendas and presentations.
- Supporting executive reporting with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- Organising international and domestic travel, creating detailed, well-structured itineraries and managing all logistics.
- Delivering a consistently high standard of professional secretarial support, including the careful handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Responding to ad hoc requests from the Executive Team with efficiency, flexibility, and a solutions-focused approach.
The successful candidate will bring proven, high-level experience in a PA role within a fast-paced professional services environment, with essential experience in the property sector (ideally alongside exposure to legal or financial services).
