We are looking for an experienced PA Secretary for a fantastic opportunity within a renowned City Centre firm working on a hybrid basis on a full-time basis. This is an opportunity within a fast-paced and exciting Litigation team. We are looking for someone to utilise existing commercial PA skills in a busy role as part of a team environment.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Offering expert and efficient administrative support to the full team including diary and inbox management, and coordination of travel arrangements
  • Successful liaison with clients via telephone and email
  • Working professionally as part of the wider team with a meticulous eye for detail in relation to document processes
  • Organisation of case bundles and management of in-house case systems
  • Management of billing processes on behalf of the fee earners including chasing any outstanding payments
  • Involvement in the wider team's events and marketing processes in line with brand standards
